In this fireside, aired on July 8, 2020, Glenn told the story of the beginnings of the great movement of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from Nauvoo, Illinois to the Rocky Mountains in 1846-47. He told stories of Luman Andros Shurtliff, Lucius Scoville, Louisa Barnes Pratt, Joan Campbell, Catherine Curtis Spencer, and Stillman Pond.
